Oatmeal Girl, you are so talented.
Thank you for this.
Warm hugs,
Paul.

Thanks, you two. This little exercise arose out of a meditation on the compatibility of violation and submission, if it does indeed exist - which I still want to get back to. And if that topic ever evolves into a poem, I now have pages of possible rhymes!

Very nice! Not an easy challenge to take on with a poem. But you did it very, very well. *smiles*

Add 'I can't stand the exploitation' and you'd have the long lost verse from Billy Joel's 'We Didn't Start The Fire'.

Hi Oatmeal, can't remember how I got here. I was over on Unique Stephen's blog, then a stargate opened up and I was reading 'You never forget your first'...and then I followed the trail here.
I absolutely loved that piece; you're a wonderful writer...

time for a group writing exercise?
